New DXC Know-how shifts CIO to COO

Tysons-based Fortune 500 IT firm DXC Know-how promoted Chris Drumgoole to executive vice president and chief running officer, it introduced Thursday, when Drumgoole assumed the purpose.

“Going forward as COO, my concentrate will be to even further increase the efficiency of our workforce, simplify and streamline functions and processes, and be certain clarity and accountability when assembly our margin targets,” Drumgoole said in a statement.

Drumgoole will report to Mike Salvino, DXC’s president and CEO, and will be accountable for the company’s organization and administrative functions and oversight of its IT strategy, functions and infrastructure. Drumgoole joined DXC as its main facts officer in March 2020.
