Khatilov was fired just after the incident and his two-week stint at the automaker ended January 6.
US District Decide Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers on January 22 issued a restraining get, asking Khatilov to immediately protect and return all the files and look ahead of her remotely on February 4.
Tesla alleges that Khatilov lied about the theft and attempted to delete proof, Bloomberg noted. Nevertheless, Khatilov claims he showed the organization the details in his Dropbox account and deleted it at their ask for.
